It’s amazing how something like a small symbol can completely change the way people view a person. My friend Jay has been a fire fighter for over ten years. I operate a business on the third floor in a busy street. We mainly deal in financial products. The building is comprised of more than 30 floors however I feel more comfortable on a lower floor. At times the stairway can get quite congested. I remember hearing about a retractable fire escape ladder which sounded like an excellent idea.
